Beetanicals ships Australia-wide using tracked Australia Post for a flat-rate $8.50 shipping fee and free shipping with orders over $80.
In some cases, a signature will be required upon delivery of your Beetanicals order. If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post alerting you to the need to pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post outlet.
All Beetanicals orders will be dispatched from our Head Office on Tuesday and Thursday each week. Please be aware that Beetanicals is located in a rural area and postal services to our local small country town are not available every day of the week.
While we endeavour to ensure that all our products are in stock, at times we may sell out. The waiting period for out of stock items is up to 3 weeks, during which time you may register your interest in a product and be notified when it is available for ordering.
Beetanicals order will generally take up to 10 working days for delivery. Delivery to remote areas of Australia and during peak postage times may take longer.
International Shipping
Beetanicals now offer worldwide shipping using Australia Post standard International service. Shipping rates to your destination will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Please be aware that some countries charge additional taxes and duties and it is your responsibility for any taxes and duties payable. If you are unsure please contact your in-country postal service.
Beetanicals will provide a refund, exchange or credit note to the value of the unopened, unused products that are returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase together with proof of purchase. In these cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Beetanicals will provide a refund, exchange or credit note to the value of any products damaged upon receipt by the customer. We require the damaged goods to be returned within 14 days along with proof of purchase.
Return requests not covered above will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions.
