We know our mums are busy bees in the mornings, buzzing around getting everyone ready for the day and out of the house – some days there’s barely time for breakfast! Here’s a bee-licious smoothie recipe where you can just throw everything into your blender, blitz it up and you’ve got all the goodness you need to keep you going. Enjoy!
RECIPE
300ml Coconut/Almond Milk
1/2 a ripe avocado
1 x frozen or ripe banana (frozen gives a lovely consistency)
A handful of spinach
1 tbsp Beetanicals Manuka Honey
(optional)
1 x heaped teaspoon Cacao Powder if you want to make it chocolatey!
A few ice cubes if you want to make it extra cold and creamy☺
Simply throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you reach the desired consistency.
