Refund policy

Beetanicals will provide a refund, exchange or credit note to the value of any products damaged upon receipt by the customer. We require the damaged goods to be returned within 14 days along with proof of purchase.

Return requests not covered above will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions.
