I used the Belly Balm in my first pregnancy and not only did I love the connection I felt when I used it each night, but I didn’t get stretch marks on my stomach! I’ve just bought some more for baby #2 and so far I’m loving it once again :D
I have used this balm throughout my pregnancy because I really wanted something natural that doesn’t contain nasty chemicals. I ended up with 0% stretch marks and my skin felt nourished and soft. I am now using it on my c-section scar (post 6 weeks check) and I am convinced it made my scar heal faster and reduced the redness.
I use Belly Bee Nourished Balm daily (after showers) since my second trimester. It's become a lovely daily ritual to tune into my growing belly and connect with baby. It has a beautiful, subtle smell of chamomile that passed the pregnancy nausea test! I prefer The consistency of this balm as opposed to belly oils that tend to make more of a mess. I'd recommend buying 2-3 balms straight up if you're using it daily :)
I have bought this belly bee balm for myself for my last 2 pregnancies, and as a pregnancy gift for friends. I love applying it and it’s natural scent, especially knowing there are no nasties in the ingredients. Though it hasn’t stopped me from getting stretch marks (I don’t think any product will), it definitely appears to reduce the aggression in my stretch marks. My only disappointment would be it doesn’t come in a big enough pot to last the whole pregnancy!
Leave my skin feeling soft, while minimising the appearance of my stretch marks from my recent pregnancy. I’ve also been applying it to my caesar scar and it has been working the same.
